Brian Tibbetts holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology with a somatic specialty and has worked with individuals navigating depression, recovery, and periods of significant life transition.

His work focuses on grounded integration support for people at many different stages, from early curiosity and microdosing to the integration of deeper psychedelic experiences. Sessions emphasize reflection, nervous system regulation, and translating insight into everyday actions that support stability, clarity, and forward movement.

Brian has a long-standing interest in meditation and mindfulness, while also recognizing that traditional practices can feel inaccessible or overwhelming for many people. His approach favors practical, everyday ways of cultivating presence and regulation that can be integrated into normal routines without requiring formal practice.

Alongside his clinical training, Brian is a lifelong musician trained in jazz bass and Indian tabla. Years of musical study, performance and sound design have shaped how he understands rhythm, attention, embodiment, and states of flow, and these perspectives often inform how he thinks about integration and nervous system regulation.

Brian approaches this work with care, steadiness, and respect for the responsibility involved. He is honored to support people across a wide range of experiences, from subtle shifts to more significant moments, as they translate insight into grounded, sustainable change.
